How do I book?
At the moment, booking is via Get in touch. Send a message, email, text or call and we will be in contact to answer questions or to make a booking.
Can I bring siblings?
Please contact us first so we can advise based on the session setup and capacity.
Is it suitable for first-time parents?
Absolutely. Sessions are friendly and supportive, and you’ll meet other mums and dads while your little one explores.
What if my child is unsettled?
That’s completely normal. You can take breaks, cuddle, feed, or step out as needed—there’s no pressure to join every activity.
Is the equipment cleaned?
Yes. Equipment and play resources are cleaned between sessions, and we encourage hand hygiene on arrival.
Deposit Policy
To secure your booking, a £5 deposit is now required for all sessions.
Why is this in place? The deposit helps ensure bookings are confirmed and allows sessions to be planned effectively.
Cancellation & Refunds Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your session. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in the deposit being retained.
